David
Murphy
Having
worked for some years at the Insolvency Service
at the DTI, Dave Murphy joined Leonard Curtis
& Co in May 1984.
In late 1997 Dave moved to Levy Gee (now Vantis
plc) to head up the administration of Creditors’
Voluntary and Compulsory Liquidations as well
as Bankruptcy and Individual Voluntary Arrangements,
with a brief to cultivate new clients and contribute
to general business development.
Early in 2000 Dave became aware of a post with
Gerald Edelman and he felt that his career would
be better served by such a move which afforded
him greater involvement in business development
and less work on case administration.
Having progressed during his years with Gerald
Edelman and assisted in the growth of the business
the firm was delighted to admit Dave to the
partnership in 2005.
