Richard
H Kleiner FCA MLIA (Dip)
Joint
the firm in September 1978 and qualified as
a Chartered Accountant in 1983. Was admitted
to the Partnership in July 1986 and was instrumental
in jointly founding Gerald Edelman Plc to
formalise the provision of financial services
and other tax efficient investments to clients
of the Practice.
Richard
became Managing Partner of Gerald Edelman in
October 1996 and in 2002 transferred the management
of the Practice to Colin Burns. Richard has
been heavily involved in corporate finance matters
since 2000 and has substantial experience in
fund raisings, flotations and mergers and acquisitions,
whilst also dealing with a large portfolio of
clients. Richard currently sits on the board
of Avanti Capital PLC, an AIM-listed private
equity company.
In
addition, Richard provides VAT expertise for
the firm and also continues to advise on a
broad cross-section of financial planning
and investment matters to clients.
