David B Atkinson

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1971 and joined Gerald Edelman as a partner in 1996. Prior to that, he was a Partner in a medium-sized Central London firm and has held senior positions with Grant Thornton and BDO Stoy Hayward. In addition to David's Audit, Corporate Finance client responsibilities, he is also the firm's technical, training and compliance Partner.
He has wide and varied experience of technical audit, accounting and legal matters, and sits on a number of committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, dealing with technical and training matters.
Personal
Away from work, David enjoys playing golf, travelling, supporting his national rugby union team and spending time with his wife.
