Richard Kleiner
FCA
Richard joined the firm in September 1978 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983. He was admitted to the Partnership in July 1986 and was instrumental in jointly founding Gerald Edelman Plc, to formalise the provision of financial services and other tax efficient investments to clients of the Practice.
As well as dealing with a large portfolio of clients, Richard is heavily involved with the management of the firm, and with his substantial experience in fund raisings, flotations and mergers and acquisitions, heads the firm’s Corporate Finance division.
Richard currently sits on the board of Avanti Capital Plc, an AIM-listed private equity company. In addition, Richard provides VAT expertise for the firm, and also continues to advise on a broad cross-section of financial planning and investment matters to clients.
Personal
Away from work, Richard enjoys running, skiing, playing football and golf, supporting Tottenham Hotspurs and spending time with his family.
