Graham joined Gerald Edelman in April 2017 bringing over 30 years’ experience in international and personal tax planning to the firm.  He advises and provides consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients from large multinational companies to SMEs and individuals seeking to invest in the UK or abroad.

Graham assists new and established businesses with international tax structuring advice based on his extensive knowledge of UK and overseas tax markets.  He also helps individuals to mitigate their tax risks, whether coming to or looking to leave the UK, as well as non-domiciled UK residents.


Graham was a founder member of an international tax practice group of an international alliance and spent over 10 years as global vice-chairman.

He looks forward to bringing his wealth of international experience to i2an.


Graham has a keen interest in rugby, football, reading and travel.
