ABOUT THE EVENT
7 March 2024
We would love for you to join us at our next breakfast event where you can expect to hear and share personal anecdotes, strategies, and success stories that inspire inclusion and challenge the status quo.
Our networking events provide a great opportunity to catch up with like minded professionals. We welcome, accomplished and aspiring professionals to discuss breaking barriers, shattering preconceived notions, and defying stereotypes that often accompany their journey in the corporate world.
Our aim is for the Women in Business network to become a powerful platform where stereotypes are dismantled, not just for women but all professionals, paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse future in the world of business.

The 8 March marks International Women’s Day and this year it’s all about ‘inspiring inclusion’. To us, #inspiringinclusion calls for a collective commitment to creating environments that embrace the richness of diverse perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Gerald Edelman we aim to inspire inclusion every day, which is driven by our DEI strategy: To create a culture of inclusion that is supported by fair decision making. We are committed to creating a culture of inclusion where everyone feels welcomed and respected, regardless of their background.
To support our strategy, we are undertaking initiatives focused on creating an inclusive workplace. This includes training and upskilling our team on key DEI themes, such as unconscious bias, creating a promotion and development process that is clearly communicated and is underpinned by clear, robust and fair processes and decision-making and collecting and reviewing data on DEI metrics to track our progress and identify areas for improvement.
