I have always enjoyed solving problems and if I can solve a problem that helps a client, then even better! To my clients I’m not just an accountant, but an all-round business adviser with a commercial mindset and a passion for doing deals. My clients trust me because I genuinely care about them and will do whatever I can to nurture and promote their success.

Having been fortunate enough to meet and work with brilliant and experienced business minds, I have relished the opportunities to learn how the best entrepreneurs do what they do and I use this knowledge to provide well-rounded business advice to my clients.

My main specialism is corporate finance, in particular transaction services including financial due diligence and valuations. As well as being a Chartered Accountant I am also a member of the Academy of Experts and am regularly engaged as an expert witness in my areas of expertise.

After completing my Accounting and Finance degree, I joined Gerald Edelman as a trainee in 2010 and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. After a short stint at Deloitte, I returned to the firm, was admitted to the partnership in 2017 and went on to establish and head the firm’s Corporate Finance department.

What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?

I would love to cross the Atlantic Ocean under sail.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The ability to pause time. I’m sure it would come in handy, particularly if I forgot to buy my wife an anniversary present. I would never be in trouble again!

Who inspires you?

Jimmy Iovine – I love music and I love business and he’s been a huge success in both of those fields.
