Carl Lundberg


Carl joined the firm’s audit department as a graduate trainee in September 2010. After a short spell with Deloitte LLP, where he was responsible for large corporate and public sector audits and transactions, he returned to Gerald Edelman as a manager across the firm’s audit and transaction services departments.

Carl was admitted to the Partnership in April 2017 and is now heavily involved in managing the Corporate Finance and Transaction Services department. He is experienced in fundraisings, valuations, and due diligence assignments, as well as other special projects including forensic accounting and expert witness work. He is also registered with the ICAEW as a Responsible Individual and services a varied portfolio of audit clients as well accounts and personal tax clients.

Carl is a Practising Associate member of the Academy of Experts.

Away from the office Carl is kept busy by his wife, son and boxer dog, Snoop. As a keen car and motorsport enthusiast, he’s an avid follower of Formula One and his other interests include fine dining, skiing and sailing.
