About Norland Equity Partners Limited
Norland Equity Partners, founded in 2022 by Ola Lawal, is a self-funded search fund focused on the acquisition and subsequent growth of small and medium-sized UK-based businesses. The acquisition of CSP is the second acquisition made by Norland Equity Partners in 2023.
About The Combined Services Provider
For over 30 years, CSP has been a provider of services to some of the UK’s largest and most memorable sporting and entertainment venues and events, including Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, The Wimbledon Championship and The Open Golf, amongst many others. CSP’s core services include car parking, traffic management, hostile vehicle mitigation solutions, security and stewarding.
Gerald Edelman acted as buy-side adviser to Norland Equity Partners, undertaking financial and taxation due diligence, preparing the post-transaction financial model and providing general advice and support throughout the transaction.
