Founded in 1982, the firm has built one of the longest track records of independent private equity investment in the UK. YFM takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to portfolio support, backing management teams through their next phase of growth. The deal was led by Roshan Puri, alongside Callum Long and David Wrench.
