Leading mid-tier accounting and advisory firm, Gerald Edelman, is pleased to announce the acquisition of WTT, a provider of consulting and advisory services focused on the contracting industry.
WTT has established itself as a key player in the contracting industry, offering a range of services across tax, legal and advisory. These include tax planning for individual contractors and advice for corporates engaging contractors through personal service companies along with deep expertise in tax investigations from a wide range of practice areas.
