Gerald Edelman supports the One Health Group in their admission to trading on the Acquis Stock Exchange

We are delighted to have supported One Health Group PLC as reporting accountants in respect of their admission to trading on the Apex segment of the AQSE Growth Market, operated by Aquis Stock Exchange Limited.

One Health Group provides medical services, in the form of elective surgical care, to support the NHS in the management of patients. One Health Group generated revenues of £18 million in the year ended 31 March 2022.

A total of 10,033,333 ordinary shares (representing 26.8% of the company’s issued share capital on Admission) have been admitted.
