My focus is providing clients with a comprehensive service covering all aspects of company secretarial and statutory compliance work. I work with clients on new company formations, re-registrations and dissolutions, liaising with directors, share re-organisations, Companies House filings and all associated statutory compliance matters.

I provide a fast and effective service with clients’ needs always at the forefront of my mind. I always want clients to know that nothing is too much to ask and that I will always strive to go the extra mile.

I graduated with a degree in Chemistry and, as my career developed, went on to become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Having previously worked in industry for over 15 years (including holding senior positions for a FTSE100 company), I joined Gerald Edelman in 2013.

What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

I went caving in Belize to view Mayan artefacts. It was a scary but incredible experience.

What one piece of advice would you give your 10-year-old self?

Don’t worry too much about what other people think. Everyone is making the rules of life up as they go along – no one has all the answers!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

I would love to have the ability to mute anyone who talks nonsense!

Who inspires you?

My children inspire me daily. They’re completely comfortable in their own skin and never afraid to express themselves!
