Should I be investing? Six investment principles
Estate planning: Other ways to mitigate inheritance tax
Financial planning is fundamentally not about your money at all. Rather, it is about you. My overarching focus is about understanding what you want from life, and what is important to you and your family. My approach is to look at all parts of the jigsaw and bring it all together to ensure that you have clarity and context. Clarity, on your financial position, and context, to your overall wealth.
Rather than just being sold a product, I will work with you to review your current and future objectives in order to build a robust roadmap of where you want to get to and what you need to do in order to achieve that. From there, I will provide straight forward advice so that you can walk away with a plan that covers how to manage your risk, how to structure your investments, how to remain tax efficient, as well as providing ongoing counsel to ensure that when life circumstances change, so does your financial plan.
I graduated with a degree in History and Politics from the University of Leeds and subsequently joined a graduate scheme at one of the Big Four. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving over to the Investment Advisory Team where I qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner. I subsequently moved to a large national firm and then back to the accounting world. I provide financial advice to individuals and families from a broad range of backgrounds including; entrepreneurs, retirees, city professionals, and those working in the media and entertainment sector.
People don’t care that you know, until they know that you care.
I would love to see Earth from space.
Either Stan Lee or Ricky Gervais.
As a slight history geek, I think I will go for time travel.
