I am passionate about helping Gerald Edelman to stay competitive through technology to deliver better client experiences. I enjoy working with our team to build practical AI and automation solutions that make a difference. We focus on anticipating what clients need next, not just keeping up. I’m big on our citizen developer programmes – helping people across the organisation build their own solutions using Microsoft tools. By establishing solid security and governance, we can innovate confidently while keeping everything running smoothly. It’s about making technology work for everyone, whether they’re clients or colleagues (I see the Gerald Edelman team as clients for the Technology Team).
As Technology Director, I shape how we approach technology at Gerald Edelman while leading our brilliant team through digital transformation. I believe in building the right foundation first, that’s how we can take advantage of exciting new tech like Agentic AI, not just basic automation. Working with Microsoft platforms daily, I guide our technology investments and set standards that actually support our business goals. My role covers strategic planning and managing risks, while our team creates an innovation culture. I want our technology capabilities to drive real growth, not just look impressive on paper.

What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
Dedicating 20+ years to earn my black belt in kickboxing, and now starting over as a white belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu – always keeping that beginner’s mind!
What one piece of advice would you give your 10-year-old self?
Embrace curiosity and never stop learning. Not knowing everything is OK – no one expects you to have all the answers.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
The ability to learn everything and anything instantly, like downloading knowledge in The Matrix – imagine mastering any skill in seconds.
Who inspires you?
Tadao Ando – his architectural philosophy of harmony, mathematical precision, and Japanese principles of continuous improvement inspire my approach to technology transformation.
