Assistant Manager
Paul Sotiriou
I work with clients in a variety of scenarios to assist them through the challenging process of executing a successful transaction. Whether they are looking to exit, make acquisitions or raise capital, I will provide support to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome for their business.
There are many different intricacies and difficulties involved in each deal process, so I endeavour to build strong relationships with my clients from the very beginning to ensure I am just a phone call away to provide any assistance necessary.
As part of the Gerald Edelman Deal Advisory team, I have the role of assisting clients with the execution of M&A transactions. The flat structure of my team means I am entrusted to have significant autonomy on deals, whilst being supported by colleagues with decades of experience in M&A advisory.
I work with my peers to ensure we are always providing the best service possible to our clients, maintaining the strong reputation Gerald Edelman holds in the industry.

I graduated from The University of Nottingham with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering before moving into the world of finance for a career. I joined the Gerald Edelman Deal Advisory team at the start of 2023. Prior to this, I spent just over 3 years working in London Audit at PwC where I worked on a vast range of clients across all industries, with some being very small-sized to some in the FTSE-100. This is where I also become a Chartered Accountant.
