How do you support clients/ work with clients?
Effective preparation is critical in M&A transactions. It not only enhances the likelihood of a favourable result but also streamlines the entire process. I am dedicated to ensuring my clients are thoroughly equipped and organised throughout every stage of the M&A process. My goal is to establish a sense of trust and confidence with my clients so they know they can always rely on me.
What is your role at Gerald Edelman?
I specialise in working with clients who are looking to sell their business, buy or invest in businesses, or raise equity or debt funding. My primary focus is to guide clients through the intricacies of M&A transactions and ultimately deliver successful outcomes.

I joined Gerald Edelman in 2023 from a US mid-market investment bank, where I was part of the European Consumer & Retail M&A team.
Prior to that, I spent nearly five years at a corporate finance boutique, advising businesses and business owners on M&A transactions across a variety of sectors, including Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare and Technology (among others).
I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Economics & Econometrics, and am a qualified accountant, having started my career at Deloitte.
What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
I cycled down the infamous “Death Road” in Bolivia… only to end up in hospital with a dislocated shoulder!
What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?
Travelling through Japan is next on my list
What one piece of advice would you give your 10-year-old self?
Believe in yourself, live in the moment, pick a better football team
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
