Effective preparation is critical in M&A transactions. It not only enhances the likelihood of a favourable result but also streamlines the entire process.

I am dedicated to ensuring my clients are thoroughly equipped and organised throughout every stage of the M&A process. My goal is to establish a sense of trust and confidence with my clients so they know they can always rely on me.

I specialise in working with clients who are looking to sell their business, buy or invest in businesses, or raise equity or debt funding. My primary focus is to guide clients through the intricacies of M&A transactions and ultimately deliver successful outcomes.

I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Economics & Econometrics, and am a qualified accountant, having started my career at Deloitte.
