Gerald Edelman is delighted to announce that its Deal Advisory team has advised on the sale of Felinesoft Limited (Felinesoft), a leading Bristol-based digital solutions provider, to ClearCourse Partnership LLP (ClearCourse / the Group), a private equity backed group of innovative software and technology businesses.

Pricing and other deal terms have not been disclosed.

Founded in 2001, the success of Felinesoft has been built on a reputation for technical excellence and an ability to design and implement bespoke digital solutions that enhance productivity and performance. An attractive aspect of the business is the integration of a ‘continuous improvement model’, which allows it to provide perpetual digital transformation solutions and support in all areas of technology relevant to specific clients.

The acquisition by UK based ClearCourse will strengthen the Group’s growing presence in the not-for-profit and CRM industries, while widening the scope of its sector specific expertise and generating cross selling opportunities. Felinesoft will receive strategic and operational guidance from ClearCourse’s experienced team, as well as financial resources to support the expansion of its operations and offering.
