Getting under the hood of an acquisition, at an early stage in the process, is key in any M&A transaction.

I am dedicated to ensuring that my clients operate with as much financial knowledge as possible to make robust investment decisions that allows for maximum value accretion.

I joined Gerald Edelman in 2026 as a Partner in the Transaction Services team specialising in financial due diligence services to private equity, debt funds and corporate sponsors.

I have advised on over 100 completed transactions across a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, technology, business services, industrials and manufacturing and consumer and retail.

I bring deep experience in buy-side, sell-side (vendor due diligence and vendor assist) and pre-lend financial due diligence.

I started my career at PwC, where I qualified as ACA in the mid-market Audit team before joining A&M’s fledgling TS practice in 2010 where I spent nearly 10 years in their FDD practice (working with a number of mid-market private equity sponsors).

Post-Covid, I continued to work in financial due diligence as a Director in the ‘Big 4’ and ‘Big 6’ before joining Azets in 2024.

Appointed to Partner at Azets in 2025, I led the UK transaction services practice from July 2025 before joining Gerald Edelman in February 2026.

Outside of work

In my spare time, I enjoy golf, sailing, skiing, long sun-drenched pub-walks and spending time with friends and family.
