I already have someone internal that looks after HR; do I need your services?

How often will I receive support from NatWest Mentor?
There is no limit to the number of times you can contact the Mentor Advice Service phone line. In fact, they encourage you to pick up the phone at any time in order to resolve issues before they escalate and lead to further issues.
I’m concerned about the number of employee absences; how can you help?
Whether you are managing a long-term, intermittent or short-term absence, you must follow a fair process. You should first identify what type of absence it is, your Mentor consultant can then provide the advice and support you need to implement and follow fair policies and procedures.
