The majority of our fees are contingent on successful completion of a transaction to ensure that we are aligned with our clients.

We are very selective about the clients we work with, focusing on those with a greater than 80% chance of success and our fees are structured accordingly. Our success rates are extremely high!

How long will the process take?

Our processes generally last for four to six months, but every transaction is different. We often work with clients for up to 2 years in advance of an exit, and sometimes a process does take a lot longer.
