How do your fees work?
The majority of our fees are contingent on successful completion of a transaction to ensure that we are aligned with our clients.
Why should I choose your Deal Advisory services?

Will you be able to successfully complete a process?
We are very selective about the clients we work with, focusing on those with a greater than 80% chance of success and our fees are structured accordingly. Our success rates are extremely high!
How long will the process take?
Our processes generally last for six – twelve months, but every transaction is different. We often work with clients for up to 2 years in advance of an exit, and sometimes a process does take a lot longer.
