Yes, we support entrepreneurs at every stage of the business lifecycle, including incorporation. If you wish, you can use our offices at 73 Cornhill as your registered office address for a small annual fee. Once the company is incorporated, we can continue to look after it for you and take care of all of your regular Companies House filings.

Absolutely, we can access your company’s details from Companies House and onboard them into our software. We will then liaise with you to ensure all details are correct. If your Companies House e-filing code has been lost, we can apply for a new code on your behalf. This will allow us to make filings for you electronically going forward.

Our annual fee includes the upkeep of your company records (including PSC registers) and the preparation and filing of your CS01 Confirmation Statement. It also covers annual maintenance, handling the appointment and resignations of directors and company secretaries, updating records with Companies House, changes of address and a certain number of share transfers per year. We also keep compliance diaries for our company secretarial clients, meaning that we keep a close track of approaching filing dates and deadlines for you.
