Lucy Norton

I am a Chartered Accountant focused on building strong, trusted relationships with my clients. I take pride in clear communication and in developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and challenges, so they know they can rely on me for practical, tailored advice.

With an audit background, I have worked with a wide range of businesses, from large international groups to owner-managed companies. This experience gives me a broad commercial perspective and the ability to quickly understand different industries and their financial drivers.

Now part of the Business Services team, I support clients across all aspects of their finance function from bookkeeping and management accounts to year-round compliance and reporting. I help ensure businesses stay on top of their financial position and meet their obligations with confidence.

I particularly enjoy working with clients on strategic matters, using financial insight to support decision-making, drive growth, and help them achieve their long-term objectives.

My parents, they have always worked hard to ensure we never went without anything growing up. However, they also taught me that if I wanted anything, I would have to work for it myself, but I would always have their love and support.
