I lead the HR department at Gerald Edelman. We’re a small team of three but we oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, engagement and wellbeing for employees across the Firm. My role largely consists of working closely with the Partners and Managers to ensure we are providing the best possible experience for everyone at Gerald Edelman.

If you’re interested…

I graduated with a degree in Human Resources and began working in one of the Big 4 shortly after. I left my role after a few years as I was keen to get more involved in the strategic side of HR. I joined a public sector company in a consultancy role before finally ending up at GE.

What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

A few years ago, I decided I wanted to go travelling alone so I booked a ticket to Bali for 3 weeks. I was nervous about going half away across the world by myself but I’m so glad I did as it was one of the best trips of my life.

What one piece of advice would you give your 10-year-old self?

The best things happen outside of your comfort zone so take the leap (probably a bit deep for a 10-year-old!).

What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?

It’s not the most exciting but to see an Elephant in its natural habitat (not in a Zoo!). They are my favourite animals, so I’d love to see them in person.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation for sure, I’d love to be able to teleport around the world whenever I wanted. I’d be getting croissants in France for breakfast every day!
