Audit Manager

"I try to gain a profound understanding of each individual involved and their dealings, and provide advice on how to get the best out of their business to become more efficient and ultimately grow."

Helping clients to fulfil their wants and needs inspires me to take a genuine interest in the people at the heart of the business and to appreciate their aims and ambitions, before guiding them towards accomplishing their goals. I enjoy building and developing relationships to the point where clients are comfortable enough to discuss any issues with me, and I will happily go above and beyond to support them.

The main focus of my work is on financial reporting and the audit of companies ranging from larger entities through to owner-managed businesses. I try to gain a profound understanding of each individual involved and their dealings, and provide advice on how to get the best out of their business to become more efficient and ultimately grow. I manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including real estate and construction, hospitality, entertainment and professional services.

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be?
Sir David Attenborough. He is such an unbelievable storyteller and I could sit for hours listening to his incredible experiences and hearing about the places he’s visited.

Who inspires you?
When I was younger and training as a goalkeeper, I always used to love watching videos and reading about Lev Yashin, considered by many as the greatest goalkeeper in the history of football. It wasn’t just that he was talented. What I loved was his hard-working ethos and resolve, despite setbacks, to ultimately bounce back and become the best player in the world. It’s this level of determination that I try to apply in all aspects of my life.
